What’s Happening?
In September, the ZooPharm formulary will be integrated into Wedgewood’s ordering, customer-support, and account-management technology platform, which is more robust, accessible, and capable than ZooPharm’s current platforms.
What’s Changing?
You can look forward to new tools and resources. Many of the changes we are making have been developed because our customers have asked for them–like easier ordering and an expanded customer-support team. Account management and Pharmacy data systems that are now separate at ZooPharm will be replaced by Wedgewood’s integrated data system, speeding communication between pharmacists and account management staff, simplifying and improving your experience of being a customer.

What’s Not Changing?
The quality of the preparations you order from us will not change. The people who support you in customizing medications, ordering, and managing your account will continue to be highly qualified in animal health. We’ll be adding more people to our support team, so you’ll have faster access to them during expanded hours. Once the transition is complete, the packaging and labeling will be updated to reflect the Wedgewood brand. And if we make any changes to the formulary, we’ll let you know well before any changes are made.
What Else Do I Need to Know Now?
Over the next several months, as we complete this transition, we will be providing assistance and tools that will make this transition simple, painless, and smooth.
